You agree that you shall not use this website in any way to:

You agree that allitwares News Center may, in its sole discretion, and at any time, discontinue, suspend or modify this website, including portions thereof, temporarily or permanently, without notice to you, and you agree that allitwares News Center shall not be liable thereof. allitwares News Center does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of Internet Service.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use shall be Construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of Taiwan. You and allitwares News Center agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the Taiwan Taichung District Court located within the Taichung, Taiwan.
